Howard E – 1910
Dundee Evening Telegraph, 30th September 1910. – The Executive of the Boys’ Brigade have awarded the Boys’ Brigade Cross for Heroism to Lance-Corporal Edward Howard, aged 13, 2nd Falmouth Company, for saving a boy from drowning at the Western Breakwater, Falmouth.
